Personalized Events Need Time to Brew
At Iron Cedar Brewing & Meadery, we offer personalized event services, with pricing tailored to the size and nature of your gathering. For those special events where custom brews are desired, we request a lead time of three months. This period is essential to craft your unique alcohol selections with the utmost care and precision, ensuring that each custom brew meets our high standards of quality. It also provides us the opportunity to source any seasonal or limited-availability ingredients necessary to create your bespoke flavors. For events not requiring custom brews, we are able to accommodate a more flexible scheduling timeline.

Up to 25 guests: $350.00
50+ guests: $750.00

Midgard Package: $1,300.00
Includes standard labeling and wax topping.
Valkyrie Package: $1,500.00
Everything in Midgard, plus a personal reserve bottle from both flavors, custom labels, and complimentary glasses for your entire party.
Valhalla Package: $2,000.00
Everything in Valkyrie, plus 2 x 2-liter wine barrels for personal storage with unique branding, event photos with custom picture frame, canning jar, Jarl Mug for the host, and a choice of T-shirt or apron.
Custom Add-Ons:
Custom labels: Starting at $50.00 (price varies with number of bottles).
Bottle accents: Twine or Ribbon $5.00 each (for events with 50+ guests); Leather strips $10.00.
Custom glassware labeling (His and Hers, retirement, graduation, Iron Cedar logo): $35.00.
Make Your Own Brew Experience: $350.00 (includes first 2 gallons, bottling, and brewing experience).
Custom wax initials or image topping: $30.00.

Available for aprons, shirts, hats, and flavor jerseys (Jarl Mugs exclusive to Valhalla package).

Custom add-ons can be included in any package, causing the price to vary based on the recipe, timeframe, and materials involved. The "Make Your Own Brew" experience is primarily designed for weddings.
