Iron Cedar Brewing & Meadery Customer Policy

We here at Iron cedar brewing & meadery hold the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Our goal is to provide you with the best service possible. We wish to provide all of our customers a safe, fun and memorable experience. Below are our customer policies. These policies are designed to protect both our staff and our customers.  We thank you for your cooperation on this matter

Any patron that consumes our alcohol or alcoholic products understands that they are accountable for their actions and our operating under the assumption that they will drink responsibly and therefore forfeit the right to continue consuming our product under the following conditions:

  • Should the customer be told by any member of staff that they are no longer of sound mind to continue drinking responsibly the customer will forfeit the right to continue consuming our product until the customer becomes sober or returns to the establishment  at a later date in a state of sobriety. Additional non alcoholic beverages will be provided (coffee,water, etc.) Safe transport home can be arranged on behalf of the customer at the customer’s expense.

  • If a customer threatens another customer or member of staff in any way it is the duty of the business to stop service to that individual or individuals as operating in violence of any kind is considered of not sound mind and therefore meaning that they cannot drink responsibly and is immediate grounds for the authorities to be called should need arise.

  • Use of foul/inappropriate language is frowned upon and is up to the staff's discretion whether or not they will serve customers who use this type of language.

Event policies

NOTICE: ANYONE WHO WANTS TO HIRE US FOR EVENTS INVOLVING GIFT BOTTLES OR CUSTOM BREWS MUST GIVE A MINIMUM OF 3 MONTHS. KEEP IN MIND THAT BREWING IS A ACTIVE PROCESS THAT REQUIRES A SET AMOUNT OF TIME AND CANNOT BE RUSHED.

All clients who hire us for event gift bottles must put down a $500 deposit. This deposit is to lock in the date of your event as well covers any cost to a change in product or loss of product up to 30 days before your event.

Should the client cancel their event with at least 30 days before the scheduled date of said event they will forfeit their deposit. All clients must pay a minimum of half of the total cost before receiving the total amount of product for their event. Once the client has paid in full their deposit will go toward the total cost and their product will be ready for pick up or delivery. Due health and safety regulations and the nature of brewing once a brew is made, bottled, and given to the client it cannot be returned. Due to this we cannot offer refunds.


Custom brews: Honey Wines Only

Clients that order custom brews for their event are paying for the experience of brewing. Any and all recipes made via the custom brewing experience are property of iron cedar brewing and meadery. All clients that choose the custom brew experience must sign a liability contract stating that Iron Cedar Brewing & Meadery is not liable for any injury that may occur during the experience.


DISCLAIMER: The custom brew option is for honey wines ONLY. Iron Cedar Brewing & Meadery CANNOT guarantee the taste of the final product of a clients custom brew. Brewing is an active process with numerous variables because of this, clients who choose a custom option for their event may choose an alternate or back up flavor from the current catalog.


Iron Cedar Kegs:

Any client who wishes to have a keg of our Honey beers at an event will be responsible for that keg. Any damage that may occur to the keg must pay the equivalent amount of the repairs. If the keg is not returned within agreed to number of days on contract after the event the client will be required to pay late fees for said equipment.
